Job brief

Salus Training Services are looking for an ambitious, energetic and dynamic individual to help us expand our clientele. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be the front of the company and will have the dedication, enthusiasm and flair to create and apply an effective customer service experience and exceed to customer expectations at all levels. 

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and a commitment to delivering world class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Book Clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Keep CRM Database up to date.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support role preferably within the education and training, health  and safety sector.
  • Customer Service Focused.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good Diction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge in the Training and Education, Health and Safety sector. 
  • Excellent Communication,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent Time management,organisation and planning skills.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience in customer service, customer support, Sales Support, Tele-Sales.
  • Leaving Cert Standard as a Minimum.
  • Car Owner.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.

Traffic Management Operative

 

Responsibilities

  • Load and Un-load Equipment from Trucks.
  • Ability to instruction from supervisors.
  • Carry out general traffic management operations.
  • Maintain Quality and Consistency in the service we provide.

Requirements

  • Experience in Traffic Management Operations or Roadworks
  • Customer Service Focused.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety (Training will be provided)
  • Excellent Communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent Time management, organisation  and planning skills.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience in Traffic Management or Roadworks.
  • Leaving Cert Standard as a Minimum. 
  • Car Owner.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Valid SafePass Card
