The aim of Traffic Management Service is to provide a safe quality Temporary Traffic Management service at a competitive price. All aspects of traffic management will be implemented in accordance with Chapter 8 (Traffic Signs manual & any future revisions) and The National Guidance Document (LASAG) The guidance for the control and management of traffic at road works by the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport. Salus Safety Training operators are trained to CSCS standard and are participants in sector 12A/B schemes (Lantra )
A site survey will be carried out at every location where temporary traffic management is needed. After the site survey a site specific Traffic Management plan will be prepared for each stage of the work and will be subject to a post design review prior to commencement of work.
The designers of such plans will take in to account the requirements as set out in the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, and the Construction Regulations 2013
